Shipping and Delivery Time
The products purchased in Trayma portal will be sent to all the countries of the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time you made your purchase. As an individual, association or company, please provide a guaranteed delivery address in terms of presence. In addition, if the carrier is presented repeatedly, the goods will be redirected and the expenses incurred will be billed.
All the products that appear in our page are of permanent stock in our warehouses, being the usual terms of delivery those that are detailed next:
- Between 5 – 10 business days as normal delivery time.
- For customized products between 10 – 30 working days.
The deadline between placing the order and the date of the first delivery attempt by the transport company at the address indicated in the order corresponds to the sum of these 2 factors:
- The period of preparation of the shipment indicated in the descriptive tab of each article under the heading “shipment”, which includes: validation and verification of your data and payment, preparation of your order and collection by the transport company.
- The term of transport and delivery of your order. You will be informed by email with the shipping information, the expected delivery date announced by the transport company.
These periods are indicated on business days (except holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) and only have an indicative value and can not under any circumstances cause the cancellation of the order.
Taking into account manufacturing hazards, we reserve the right to supply around 10% more or less of the quantity ordered.
Trayma does everything possible to respect the deadlines mentioned in this page. However, Trayma is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery or a loss of the package caused by people outside the contract of transport, by yourself or due to unforeseeable or insuperable reasons or causes of Force Majeure. On the other hand, the payment method chosen by you can affect delivery times.
In case you did not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate term is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no return or refund of the order can be made.
We advise you that upon receiving your package to verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered or the status of the same, sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note of the carrier the anomalies that were found upon receipt.
