By virtue of Royal Legislative Legislative Decree 1/2007, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the contract of sale under the terms that it establishes (Article 114), under which: “the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to it of any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product.”
The guarantee of the products sold by Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. (Trayma) is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 et seq., a legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand the sanitation when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving it the option of demanding repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand the price reduction or termination of the contract.
The products offered through Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. are top brands and of the best quality. They are not second quality goods or mere exposure products. The products supplied by Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. are sealed by the suppliers, the manufacturers and/or by Transformados y Manipulados, S.L.
Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. is not responsible for the misuse and/or misapplication or improper application of the products and for possible damages caused for this purpose, as well as the consequences that this may cause or derive.
In case of lack of conformity in the section of the automatic dispensers for being defective, a period of 6 months is recognized from the moment of delivery so that the buyer can make his rights effective (the computation of the guarantee will start on the same day of delivery under the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree).
In the event that the product you have purchased is defective, you should contact our customer service to initiate the procedures for managing the guarantee and we will give you the instructions and explain the steps you must follow .
Remember that Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, manipulation, or malfunction such as short circuit. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as voltage ups or downs, use of accessories that are inappropriate or prohibited by the manufacturers.
In case of breakdown and therefore repairs of products, the customer should contact exclusively our official technical service. It is recommended to go to our SAT to expedite the repairs process. Do not forget that it is essential that the serial number of the product to be repaired exactly matches the one in the Transformados y Manipulados S.L. files.
The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual part) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it. Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the property through Transformados y Manipulados, S.L. and / or that are not included in the sales invoice.
